12. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

Our text messaging program is operated by Digital Dynamics. By checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to be contacted by Digital Dynamics via call, email, and text for marketing and professional services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
