Founder
Carlos Sandoval Jr. ยท Founder, Digital Dynamics (San Diego) ยท plumbing & restoration SEO, ads, and AI search
Carlos is a restoration operator turned marketer. Before starting the agency he ran lead generation inside a restoration company that, by his own account (per his TikTok bio), he helped grow to $2.6M in revenue, learning what shared leads, ad budgets, and rankings actually do to a schedule board. He founded Digital Dynamics in San Diego to run that playbook for plumbing and restoration contractors, and is now building Checkin Signals, a review and reputation tool for the same trades.
Our Approach
We bridge traditional methods with online strategies to generate real leads. 68% of online experiences start with a search engine and 75% of users never scroll past the first page. We make sure that first page is yours.
We're here to give contractors everything they need to make smart, no-BS decisions for their business. No vanity metrics, no fluffy reports. Every strategy ties directly to phone calls, form fills, and booked jobs.
Where This Agency Started
Carlos didn't come from the agency world. Before Digital Dynamics existed, he ran lead generation inside a restoration company: the person whose job depended on making the phone ring, watching what shared leads, ad budgets, and rankings actually did to a schedule board.
That seat teaches things a pitch deck can't. A lead that four contractors received isn't a lead, it's a footrace. A ranking report means nothing if the jobs behind it never booked. The agency was built to keep running what worked from inside a contracting business, and to drop the reporting theater that didn't.
The restoration industry is still where that shows most: it's the trade where every wasted lead dollar is a four-figure job someone else drove to.
Why We Cap Clients at One or Two Per Market
An agency serving five plumbers in one city is selling four of them second place. We take 1–2 clients per trade, per market, and turn the rest away.
The reason is simple math: when the goal is owning your market's rankings, we can't also be working for the company across town. If your market's seat is taken, we'll tell you on the first call instead of after the invoice.
Why We Report in Booked Jobs
Clicks don't make payroll. Every report we send ties spend to phone calls, form fills, and jobs on the board, the same way our flagship restoration result gets told in revenue, not impressions. If a channel can't show its path to booked work, we say so and move the budget.
And because the reporting is honest, we don't need handcuffs: no long-term contracts. Clients stay because the schedule board says to. If that sounds like your kind of arrangement, book a free growth call and bring your numbers.
From Invisible to Irresistible
- Dominate local search results: own your territory when homeowners search.
- Gain a competitive edge: outrank the competitors taking your calls today.
- Build sustainable lead generation: SEO compounds, unlike ads that stop when you stop paying.
- Enhance your reputation and authority: reviews, content, and rankings that build trust.
